The Slow Show (originally from Manchester) are a band known for their atmospheric soundscapes, poetic lyricism, and the distinctive baritone vocals of frontman Rob Goodwin. In 2015 their very well received debut album White Water was released, and especially for 2 Meter Sessions the band recently re-recorded a couple of songs from that beautiful album, this time with a slightly different line-up and the addition of a string quartet. This is: White Water Reimagined.

The Slow Show (originally from Manchester) are a band known for their atmospheric soundscapes, poetic lyricism, and the distinctive baritone vocals of frontman Rob Goodwin. Blending understated arrangements with emotional depth, they create music that feels simultaneously intimate and cinematic.
Their songs often unfold slowly and deliberately, allowing space for reflection, texture, and storytelling. Over the years, they’ve cultivated a dedicated following across Europe through their evocative live performances, which highlight the band’s ability to turn quiet moments into powerful, stirring experiences.
